Please note, Skin Cancer Screenings are routine general screenings dedicated to examining the body for abnormal spots or potential skin cancers. All other acute or chronic conditions (e.g., acne, hair loss, eczema) will need to be discussed at a separate appointment. 

If your insurance plan requires a referral to see a Specialist, we must have the referral before scheduling.  If we do not have an active referral, your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled.
