I am so pleased to find North Star Dermatology and Dr Strickland. Even though I was late for my appointment they said they could take care of my issues. I’m not recommending that you test that as today was very cold here and they more than likely had a few cancellations that allowed them to treat me. Very professional , clean and thorough staff and facility. They always show a proper amount of concern for me and my issues.

Hai-jeen was the assistant and did an excellent job of explaining everything she was doing and why, she even derailed what the medicines were that she used to numb, the purpose of each, and how it would or should feel. She told me what to expect during the procedure so that I was fully prepared and comfortable with everything. She also clearly explained follow up procedures and how to care for my wound. I have been exposed to many assistants in my personal and professional life and can say that she is one of the best.Dr, Ukoha was also wonderful . She is always knowledgeable, efficient and kind

I’ve been a patient at Northstar for two or three years since they moved to the north Richland Hills precinct line location. The building is fabulous easy to get to clean state of the art. I have been dealing with skin cancer‘s face nose chest for probably 20 years so Dr Vemula has treated me and has done an outstanding job keeping up with this skin cancer condition her staff is superb Admin and nurse associates excellent all of them. I enjoy my visit at Northstar, especially because of Dr Vemula’s experience and her kind and encouraging manner

Dr Shalini and nurse assistant are very kind and very helpful. Losing hair wasn’t easy to accept but with the people like Doc and the nurse assistant made sure I will get all the help I need to re grow my hair and my confidence back and there’s nothing to worry. I see some progress in the treatment so far and I’m happy.

Dr Strickland is extremely knowledgeable about her field and quite pleasant as a physician from a patient's perspective. Her assistants are very accommodating, polite and helpful also. She always has the answers to my questions and I'm confident that my care is first class. I will continue going to this office and particularly seeing Dr Strickland.

Everyone just seemed sincerely concerned about my treatment. What Dr. Amir recommended worked wonderfully. Highly recommend Northstar. As for the below comment from Mark, Mark must’ve had a rare experience, or maybe he slightly exaggerates. I arrived about 15 minutes early for my appointment. Sure I had to wait in the lobby for a few minutes. But when they got me in the room, it was a very short wait before Dr. America came in. Check me out told me what I needed to do in the future and then I was dismissed so the whole time I was there wasn’t very long. Poor Mark maybe there was an issue that day I feel you are the exception to the rule.i read some of Marks other negative reviews. When a business tell you they no longer want your business/ money. Maybe it IS YOU!!
